Subscription & Cancellation

Your checkout identifies the Rollin Right plan, price and billing schedule before you authorize payment.

Plan-based access

Your subscription unlocks the in-app features assigned to that plan and your account role. A subscription does not provide owner, founder, administrative, database, credential or backend access. Features may also depend on equipment information and the availability or authorization of third-party integrations.

Charges and renewal

Recurring plans renew at the price and schedule disclosed at checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Failed or inactive payments

If the subscription is no longer active, paid features may be paused or restricted. We do not represent inactive accounts as having paid access.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through available billing controls or support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally leaves access available through the already-paid subscription period.

Refunds

Completed subscription payments are not automatically refundable unless required by law or a specific offer says otherwise. Duplicate or incorrect charges may be submitted for review.

Plan or price changes

Applicable terms are shown before you approve a plan change. If a recurring price changes, we provide notice when required by law.

Third-party freight access

Paying Rollin Right does not guarantee that a particular freight marketplace, broker or shipper will approve your carrier, maintain inventory, accept your authority age, or provide API/account access. Rollin Right only presents freight it is permitted and technically able to access for the subscriber.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms may be updated as Rollin Right adds providers or regulated functionality.
