Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Rollin Right, a carrier-focused trucking operations software platform. Rollin Right provides in-app tools; subscribers do not receive access to our private infrastructure, service credentials, databases or administrative systems.

Who can use Rollin Right

You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for any company account you use.

What Rollin Right does

Depending on your plan and role, Rollin Right may provide load discovery, truck matching, trip planning, routing, documents, business records, communications, expense and payment tools, analytics and AI-assisted workflows. Features shown in your workspace depend on your subscription, role, equipment and available integrations.

Software, not a freight broker

Rollin Right is software and does not become the motor carrier, shipper or freight broker merely by displaying freight information, matching information to a user's truck, organizing a carrier's workflow, or transmitting a carrier-authorized action through a supported integration. Carriers and counterparties contract directly unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.

Freight sources

Freight may come from authorized integrations, carrier-connected accounts, brokers, direct shippers, manufacturers, warehouses, retailers or other permitted sources. A named source does not imply endorsement or partnership. Private or restricted freight is accessed only when Rollin Right and/or the subscriber has the required authorization.

Availability and booking

Freight changes quickly. Before committing, confirm availability, rate, pickup and delivery appointments, cargo, weight, dimensions, equipment, insurance, authority requirements, payment terms and counterparty identity. A load displayed, ranked, recommended or negotiated in Rollin Right is not booked until the relevant counterparty or authorized system confirms it.

Negotiation and communications

Rollin Right may calculate a suggested rate and prepare negotiation or communication content. A prepared or approved draft is not sent unless a supported communication channel actually transmits it. Users remain responsible for offers, agreements and commitments made on their behalf.

AI and automation

AI may search, organize, compare, calculate, draft, prioritize and recommend. It can be incomplete or wrong. Review material safety, dispatch, contractual, financial and booking decisions before acting.

Routes, GPS and location

You may provide an address, city or device location. Routing is a planning tool. A route identified as standard-vehicle fallback is not truck-safe routing. Even truck-aware routing may not reflect every temporary closure, clearance, weight restriction or road condition. Follow applicable law, posted signs and safe driving practices.

Hours of service

HOS and break features are planning assistance and are not an ELD unless a separately identified compliant ELD is connected. Drivers and carriers remain responsible for required logs and compliance.

Subscriptions and access

Paid features require the applicable active subscription unless complimentary access is provided. Subscribers see the in-app tools available to their role and plan. Inactive subscriptions may lose paid access. Administrative, owner and backend functions are not included merely because a user has a subscription.

Truck marketplace

Truck listings may come from independent dealers or sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rollin Right is not the seller, dealer, lender or insurer. Verify the vehicle, seller, title, liens, condition, specifications and financing before a transaction. Rollin Right may receive clearly disclosed listing, advertising, lead or referral compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, bypass security or provider access controls, connect data you are not authorized to use, misrepresent operating authority, interfere with the service, or use Rollin Right unlawfully.

Changes

We may update the product and these Terms as features, integrations and legal requirements change. We will provide notice when required by law.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms may be updated as Rollin Right adds providers or regulated functionality.
